What's included in each month's module:

• Week 1: A video training for the month's focus and detailed instructions on a coaching framework to use with your team. 
• Week 2: Motivational “Huddle Starter” content to use for a 15-minute stand up meeting exploring an aspect of the month’s coaching framework.
  
• Week 3: Additional "Huddle Starter" content, such as team-building exercises or discussion questions to promote deeper engagement.  
• Week 4: A final "Huddle Starter" for a stand-up meeting and a Review Recap to assess progress and plan next steps as a team.
