Accelerate

Accelerate is designed to be a year long course to help you become more creative, collaborative, and confident.  Over the course of a year you will increase your leadership skills through four main topics. 

1. Personal Leadership Skills

2. People Skills

3. Coaching Skills

4. Team Building Skills

These topics will each be discussed over a period of three months.  Every month, or module, is broken down into weekly lessons for your completion. 

With Accelerate you will:

• Learn personal leadership skills that help shape yourself into the leader you were destined to be
• Learn different exercises that develop your people skills to lead those around you
• Learn trade secret coaching skills that will help mentor your team
• Learn different team building skills that will make your team stronger
