This is an exclusive Leadership Certification Program available only to WALA member employees and has been designed to fit the needs of the WALA members’ organizations.

THE PROGRAM:

“How to Create Drama Free Teams” is a five-section online course with modules covering tactical ways to decrease drama.

Easily digestible for both visual and oral learners, the course provides coaching tips, feedback techniques, and communication skills that are applicable on day one. 

Here are some of the tools you will uncover by taking the course:

• How to increase personal responsibility with each team member.
• The misunderstood role of clarity in improved team performance and accelerated growth.
• New coaching skills that eliminate the gossip.
• How to build trust with your team so they begin working together peacefully and exceed their goals.
• How to give constructive feedback in a way that eliminates your fear of confrontation.

As part of the partnership with WALA, participants will also receive two one-on-one executive coaching sessions at the beginning and end of the course.
